It's comforting to let go of things within me to a person willing to lend a ear.

Today's training was kinda slack cos we weren't really the focus. :/
And contradictively, I didn't enjoy today's training.
Had some problem with footwork after a "new" one was taught to us.
I tried to ask people, but only Sin Yee, Yu Jun & Eriko were helping me! :(
That's when I got pissed cos' I couldn't even get basics right! >:l
Then I got my emotions in the way, did straight shuttle, with horrible passes.

Eriko & Shi Ying then talked to me, and I kinda teared.
I just didn't want to let the team down,
but if I couldn't get my footwork right,
how was I supposed to do that?

I hope CP doesn't hate me, I know I'm a weakling, I don't deny that. :)

Did IPW/CIP with Nelly, You Jing & Chelsea. :D
Haha, You Jing super Auntie, bought some macaroni from 7-Eleven. :P
Lmao, so yeah, firstly stapled worksheets, then laminating! O:
Omg, you know, those K1,K2 peeps are already learning Science?!
So we had to laminate cards, which is pretty fun. x)
Yeah, did till 3 and went back. :)

Trainings are so physical nowadays!
2 sets of 500, 200, 200 = 1000, 400, 400! O:
And some other drills, either to improve our ball handling or stamina. ;)
But I guess it's effective. :P

Natalie claims she lost 600g.

Today was funnn yet tiring. (:
So it was carnival yo! :D
And the previous night, I was searching for Netball tips again. 8)

Ok, so yeah anyway, met CP at 10.30am and went to lunch-ed at KLP.
Yu Jun & I went to food court and eat noodles. (:
Haha, and we kinda talked our hearts out, she's a good listener.
So yeah, then something kinda bad happened, which I shall not elaborate.
Then made way back to KNC.

Separed into 2 groups. ):
Asyikin, Shamirah, Ying Ying, Tifany, Afika, Shahfiqah, Yu Jun, Sarine and I were in same team. :D
Omg, first game was against seniors! o-o
HAHA, and I HAD TO BE CENTER.
And my opponent was Sherly the pro. :)
A great way to start the game. -.-
So we got thrashed BADLY, wanna guess the score?
Nah, it was 1-10. :D

Then the games proceeded on and we only won __ game(s). :)

Haha, but it was a great achievement & experience for ALL of us. (:

And I can say that, today's CIP was the most fun one I've ever done in my entire life. (:

Had leadership training.
Was quite alright, some games were quite fun though. :D
But the games are like camp games, strategies here & there. -.-
So first game, building a bridge that can fit the diameter of a 1.5l bottle
& withstand the weight of the bottle.
Second games was this caterpillar game, lol.
You "cuddle" your friends with your legs and move towards the goal.
Third game was standing on a mat, & you must turn the mat over
while your team is stepping on it, with nobody touching the floor.
Fourth game is blind-folded. LOL, a person will tell you what to do & where to move
to get a specific shape.
Last game was memory. Lay out all 52 poker cards and memorise them. Close them down and open it according to numerical order. Eg. A Diamonds, 2 Diamonds etc.

Then, proceeded to training. :D
Haha, when I reached there, hardly any Pratas were there!?
So, the seniors were playing game, so joined in.
Oh, the worse part comes after the game.
We stretched then WL asked us to go over the shade to do ball passes.
Sounds easy right?
Forgot to mention, WITH BOTH MEDICINE BALL & NETBALL. -.-

First, sit down & pass 200 chest passes to your partner with the Medicine Ball. Then, pass 400 chest passes to your partner with the Netball.
Second, 1 sits, the other stands & pass 100 chest passes with the Medicine Ball. Then, pass 200 chest passes to your partner with the Netball. (x 2)
AND THE LIST GOES ON, let me count how many.
About 10 drills in total, with ALL at least 100.

Teacher's Day Celebrations!
Ok, let's start off in the morning.
I went to cut my hair on Sunday so I have fringe/bangs now.

Today, was, one, of, the, most, tiring, training, ever!
Lol, I don't know why, seniors didn't come so it was just us Pratas. x)
Then, since there are like only 8 of us were present,
the training was mostly physical. :/
Firstly, took stats with Asyikin for the shooters.
Sin Yee: 60% (Not bad already!), Natalie: 62% (Retarded score for such a tall person :P) & Geraldine: 63% (Nicely done!)
Haha, if I took, I would probably fail it. 8)
Warm-up was circuit.
3 rounds on first level, 15 sit-ups, 3 rounds again, 15 push-ups, 3 rounds,
leg raises and finally to end it off, 5 rounds! o-o
It's tired to the max. :/
Then, went back to court and jogged on the sport for like 5 to 10 minutes.
Haha, pretty cool. Everyone was going nearer, back off, nearer, back off. :D
Had some defender drill, you have to dodge or take the defender away from you.
After that, did 2 defenders at once. o-o

The Carnival

Let's start with what happened in the morning. :D
So our whole team started to do warm-ups.
Straight shuttle, some passes. :P
Then Sin Yee & Natalie were like panicking,
scared they cannot shoot. x)
Haha, you two shooters uh!
And the toilets suck. x)
I hate tansportable cubicles. LOL.

First game
Didn't play yet.
Cos' I have morning sickness. x)
Haha, but great game.
Eriko & Shi Ying are really pro in defendind ok. :P
Sin Yee & Natalie are pro in shooting. :D
So won by quite a number of points, 8-2 I think. o-o

Second game
Decided to play WD now. (:
Grass courts suck,
that's all I can say, LOL. :D
Shi Ying kept falling down O:
& Shahfiqah & Eriko are busy diving for the ball, LMAO.
After game, had a team talk. o-o
It was serious yet not-so-serious. x)
So we had to say all our bad points.

Was the best game we have played.

But I think it was a great experience.

Yeah, then during assembly, 1P & 2P exchanged seating arrangement. -.-
So obvious can.

Here comes the interesting part:
When Mr Chen went out for a while, Eunice told everyone to pretend that we had no Science stuff. LOL.
So when Mr Chen came in, everyone was like,"Today Science? I thought it was SEL?"
LOL. Then, Mr Chen went to check his timetable. -.-
He even wanted to give Megan a new piece. Haha.
After that, everybody shouted,"Happy AFD!"

So when Mr Chen needed to use the marker to write on the board, HAHA.
He took it & gave the what-is-this look. LMAO.
It was actually GLUE. XD

Oh, after that, when Mr Chen was leaving,

Then come down, go up & come down again. LOL.
So when the movie was starting soon,
like about 1 or 2 advertisements, one guy kept saying "Shhh". LOL
But the movie haven't even start yet. LOL.
